Merchandise Return Policy

At Sword Armory / Clem & Company we offer you a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us for return authorization code and shipping instructions. Because of the few customers that have tried to take advantage of our return policy over the last ten years, the following instructions are an ABSOLUTE:
• The item must be returned in ORIGINAL, NEW, UNUSED (if this is not clear enough, call for further clarification) condition with NO alterations or tampering of any kind, in ALL the original containers (inner boxes must have NO mailing labels on them) and MUST be accompanied by all parts, paperwork, labels, and any special packing material that accompanied the product. Should the product be returned missing any of the aforementioned items or in less than NEW condition, the cost of the missing items and/or the cost to return the product to NEW condition will be deducted from the customer's credit. Lack of care and/or failure to follow these instructions can result in your responsibility for the cost incurred to bring the product back to new condition, or it’s replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to package the product for safe return without damage to the product or its immediate container.
• The item must be sent insured for the full value. Clem & Company and/or it's subsidiaries are not responsible for any damage to the product during return shipping. Any items returned to Clem & Company without accompanying authorization number will be found to be in violation of our return policy and will be declined. Please Note: the cost of any custom options, where applicable, is NOT refundable. So do not order custom options if you do not really want them.

• With the above requirements met, and after comparison with the digital photographs taken of the product at the time of packaging, your account will be credited for the original purchase price of the item, less any original shipping charges to the customer.

Please Note, Custom orders, Fast ship, Overseas shipping, and original shipping charges to the customer are not refundable.
